Spend a few minutes outside and try this simple grounding exercise:

🔹 5 – Notice 5 things you can see
🔹 4 – Touch 4 things around you (tree bark, grass, cool stone, etc.)
🔹 3 – Listen for 3 natural sounds (birdsong, rustling leaves, wind)
🔹 2 – Breathe in 2 different natural scents
🔹 1 – Focus on 1 thing you can taste (like fresh air or a sip of water)
