Satori Wellness Center in Towson is seeking a part-time, front desk receptionist to join our team. Hours are approximately 8-4 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Our busy wellness center offers acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapies to the Greater Baltimore community. We work together for the highest good of our patients, staff and practitioners.

If you are friendly, people-oriented, customer-service focused, can handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism, have a keen eye for organization and details, can perform all office duties to their full requirements without direct supervision, and can consistently work to improve the area and people around you -- look no further!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival

• Answering multi-line phones

• Scheduling new & recurring appointments

• Collecting, processing payments from patients

• Billing and communications

• Managing inventory – reordering, restocking supplies

• Ensuring reception area is clean & tidy
