We are beyond proud to celebrate Mary Alice Reilly, LCSW-C on achieving this enormous professional milestone. Becoming a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical is no small feat—it reflects years of dedication, rigorous training, deep clinical growth, and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care.

Mary Alice’s journey with Garnering Change began in a very different role—as our Executive Assistant—and watching her grow into the thoughtful, skilled, and grounded therapist she is today has been nothing short of an honor.
