Our next book is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This nonfiction collection of essays blends Indigenous Potawatomi teachings with botanical science to explore reciprocity, gratitude, and our relationship with the living world. It invites us to think about ecology, stewardship, and belonging in a deeper way.

This month’s book offers a reflective and nature-centered perspective that brings a new dimension to our conversations together.

Please note that some topics may feel activating. We encourage everyone to take care while reading and engage at a pace that feels right for you.

After a long winter, many of us feel ready for light, movement, and renewal. Sometimes the path forward begins with something simple. A walk outside. A moment of stillness. A chance to reconnect with ourselves.

In “Moving Out and In,” Gayle Bohlman, LCSW-C reflects on how time in nature can help us rediscover our inner landscape and welcome the sense of possibility that spring brings.

🌿 Read the full blog and explore how stepping into the natural world can help you find your way inward.
