Womb Wisdom body image and external vaildation desciption:

Whether you have a period, have lost it, are pregnant/ postpartum, going through perimenopause, or have completed your cycle, this workshop is for YOU!

In a world that prioritizes doing, tap into the ancient wisdom of your womb that innately upholds creativity, rest, intuition, and divine femininity. The theme of this womb wisdom workshop is external validation and body image. We are often conditioned as little girls that our worth comes from how we look and what we can do for others. Let’s rewrite these thought patterns and step into our true unapologetic feminine power.

In this workshop, we will use a variety of dance, intuitive movement, and yoga to explore the deepest truths of your womb’s wisdom. To complement this mindful movement, we will also embark on a journey through meditation, journaling, and closing out with some sound healing.

Come in comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a journal, pen, and a water bottle.
