Maternal Health is Everyone’s Business!
Within footsteps of the Capital Wheel, families from across the DMV came out to support Maternal Health and walking today in National Harbor!
Thank you to everyone who showed up, walked, helped at the GirlTrek Information Table, and cheered everyone as they finished with a victory bridge!
We will be sharing digital resources later this week to further support moms in their health and wellness journey.
We are proud promotional partners of Mamatoto Village who did a phenomenal job of hosting their first 5k! The hydration station was lit with water bottles for walkers, age appropriate sippy cups for children! Village vendors spanned from informational to healthy drinks, body care wellness, women’s hospital resources, diapers, wipes, child changing station, parents lounge and so much more. This walk truly had mamas in mind and everyone who supports them!
