This year look for the bioregenerative aesthetic trend to continue and even surpass last year!

While the peptide weightloss business continues to boom, so does the sagging skin epidemic. Bioregenerative aesthetics helps boost collagen and hydration that can be lost with this type of weightloss. Starting early within 8-13 pounds of weightloss is key!

Rejuvenating and prejuvenating the skin with aesthetic device treatments like radio frequency, microneedling and ablative lasers will continue to explode! Boost these treatments with cutting edge polynucleotide, exosomes and PLLA skinbooster serums for more collagen and improved healing. 🙌

We will see more natural looking sculpted facial features vs. overfilled pillow faces from too much HA filler over time. PRF/Biofiller and injectables like Radiesse are and will be on the rise boosting collagen, elastin, and regenerating tissue to a more healthy youthful state. 👏

I have had so many excuses over recent months why I don’t have time to workout.

I am taking baby steps to getting back into a routine and reprioritizing goals with a 20 minute workout 3 days a week.
