Join us for a Supervision workshop that includes a three-hour group discussion session. Participants are encouraged to bring concerns and situations they wish to explore collaboratively with fellow supervisors. This interactive format aims to foster peer feedback, enhance public speaking skills, and develop critical professional repertoires essential for effective supervision.
Additionally, there will be a dedicated three-hour session focused on examining supervisees' experiences and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various supervision modalities. This segment is designed to deepen understanding of different supervisory approaches and their impact on supervisee development .
