Flowetry blends mindful vinyasa flow with grounding yin yoga, and thoughtfully chosen poetry woven into the practice that feels both expressive and deeply soothing.

Let’s gather for an evening of Kirtan and storytelling — a time to listen, sing, and lift our spirits together. As voices blend and hearts open, we remember the simple joy of connection — through sound, rhythm, & shared presence. ✨🎶✨

💟Every voice belongs. No experience needed.
This is a vibrational experience, not a performance. (Just listening & vibing along is also welcomed.)
Come as you are. Leave feeling shifted into a lighter, softer presence.

Note: This is not an asana yoga class. Studio will be set up as a listening room with chairs, bolsters, and blankets. Movement & dancing is always welcome.

• refunds are not available.
• if the class is included in the membership, members will be charged a $10 fee (note the increase from $7 due to the high demand)
*to avoid a late cancellation, you must deregister 2 hours before class starts.

1st Tuesday: Vibrant Flow & Deep Stretch with Reilly (75 min)
Energizing vinyasa balanced with soothing, grounding stretch.

2nd Tuesday: Flowetry with Devin (75 min)
Mindful vinyasa, grounding yin, and poetry woven together.

3rd Tuesday: Movement Medicine with Kat (90 min)
Musically inspired somatic dance and yin to express your truth and reconnect with your soul’s rhythm in community.

4th Tuesday: Gentle Flow & Yin with Dae (75 min)
Soft, accessible flow followed by nourishing yin, accompanied by live music.

Genuine testimony from people rather than numbers is how you know deep down that you’re on the right path.
