I am looking for 3-5 volunteers who will commit to meet together monthly to pray for Heritage Institute. I will share specific needs with the group and provide updates as prayers are answered. No client information will be shared. The needs shared will be for the leadership, material provision, and daily operating needs. Heritage Institute and Cameron's House of SC are partnering together to meet the needs of children living in the Slater- Marietta and Travelers Rest Communities whose parents are in active addiction. If you know of a child ages 4 to 12 years old and is a student at Slater Marietta Elementary School, Heritage Elementary School, or Northwest Middle School who may benefit from after school tutoring, counseling, and mentoring, please call Jo Henson at 864-567-0479. Cameron's House is located at 111 Stroud Hospital Rd Marietta SC 29661.

From my Bible Study this morning…. Romans 2:4 God’s kindness that He demonstrates for all mankind is intended to help create change in a persons life. God wants this change to lead to an abundant life, a full life. John 10:10 tells us that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came to give us life to the fullest.

Saturday, February 12th at 4pm Susan, along with Heritage Institute, is hosting a “date night” for couples wanting to improve communication and s*x in their marriage. Cost is $50 per couple. Couples need to register before Friday, February 11th at 5pm. Space is limited.

Saturday, January 30th Molly McCurley, LMFT will be leading a discussion on the effects of grief and loss in our ever changing world. The continuing ed workshop will begin at 10am and conclude at 11:30am. You will find this CE informative as well as personally beneficial. Make plans now to attend.
