It’s been awhile since I posted, so thought I’d share what my evening looked like. Back to school time and weather changes calls for some elderberry to get ahead of the sick game 👏🏼 Let me know if you want a jar!

We hope you had a GREAT Christmas & start to the new year!

We’ve obviously been just a little busy enjoying our time with our girl, but we’re ready to be back in business 🩷

It’s cold & flu season (along with rsv & every other scary thing that babies can get). So Izzy is here to remind you to boost your immune system with some elderberry. If not for you, then do it for your family & all the little ones you may know!

Elderberry boosts your immune system, can prevent or lessen cold/ flu symptoms, supports heart health, fights inflammation & infections & is full of antioxidants & vitamins. If you have honey in it, then you’re just doubling up on the benefits!

10 oz ready made jar - $25
4 oz dry DIY (makes 8-10 oz of syrup) - $25

(FYI For every ounce, there’s 2 Tablespoons - it’s recommended adults take 1 Tablespoon a day for preventive maintenance and 2-3 Tablespoons when sick)

✨DIY Dry Elderberry✨

Elderberry is suppppper popular in the fall/ winter (aka flu seasons) or when a random cold pops up. For some people keeping an entire bottle of Elderberry on hand doesn’t work for them! Maybe you don’t like taking it all year round or maybe you want to be able to have it at your own leisure!

This is ready to make Holistic Haven Elderberry!

If you don’t like honey, then you’re set. If you prefer honey, just add your favorite local honey! Instructions will be given!

You can make as much or little as you want by cutting the recipe in half and saving the rest for later by keeping the ingredients in the tightly sealed jar.

($70) 12 oz jars make 24-26 oz of elderberry.
($25) 4 oz jars makes 8-10 oz of elderberry.

Go ahead and stock up now before flu season hits us out of the blue!

You may have noticed the silence from Holistic Haven, but it hasn’t been without reason! We’ve been just a little exhausted as this new little creation has taken a lot of energy…

We’ll formally introduce you all in September, but currently we are still in the making 🤪

Now that the first part is over and I have my energy back, I’m ready for your orders!!

I was absolutely shocked that magnesium oil works as a deoderant. Probably one of the coolest things I’ve learned. Since the start of my holistic journey, the one thing that I spent A LOT of money and time on… was finding a natural deoderant that worked. It wasn’t until I was about 9 months in and an annoying amount of money that felt wasted, when I was introduced to magnesium oil. Who knew that something so simple… would work so well?!

What’s great about magnesium oil is that it has so many other benefits. Deoderant is just my favorite one 🙌🏼🤍

Wanna know a fun fact that I was in denial about for a really long time? …. If you cut out grains and sugars completely, you can eliminate BO. Game changer (I’ll post more about that another time). 😉😉😉
