Great news for our clients who’ve been asking!

Progress on Veterans Drive!

Paving activities on the Veterans Drive Project are anticipated to begin on October 2, 2024 and is expected to be substantially completed by October 11, 2024, weather permitting!

Project activities include removing existing pavements, curbs, and sidewalks to install new pavement, water mains, and drainage improvements, along with curb adjustments to create traffic-calming bulb-outs. The project also involves installing new sidewalks, asphalt, and road striping for travel lanes and bike lanes.

Jessi is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, in addition to being a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

She offers monthly programming through the NASM Edge App and FaceTime movement assessments. In addition, she offers nutrition coaching to help you get on track by teaching you nutrition basics, assessing your current diet and lifestyle, and giving ou tools to make meal planning a breeze.

Workout Programming - $60 every 3 months
Nutrition Coaching - $40/hr

Amanda is a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.

She offers private yoga sessions that include a yoga routine, breath work, and/or meditation techniques tailored specifically to your goals and needs.

These private sessions are ideal for beginners and advanced practitioners alike!

1 hour Private Session: $40

I’m sure some of you have heard me talk about receiving dry needling for trigger point and pain management therapy.

Just because I’m on rotation doesn’t mean my self care stops!

Jessi is excited to announce that she has been invited to return for a second rotation with the US Olympic and Paralympic Sports Medicine Volunteer Program!

She will be working a 1 week rotation 11/14-11/21 in Colorado Springs.

Sports scheduled to be onsite are Weightlifting, Men’s Gymnastics, Modern Pentathlon, Triathlon, Shooting, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Men and Women Freestyle Wrestling, and Paralympic Swimming.

With Winter Olympics 2022 right around the corner, this is an especially exciting time to be onsite!

One vaccine down, one to go!

Just shy of the one-year mark from last year’s COVID-19 shut down, Amanda and I are proud to share that we both received our first Pfizer vaccines today through the Grand Traverse County Health Department.

This past year has certainly been a trying time for everyone. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your encouragement and support, including your patience and understanding. We could not have gotten through this without you!

We will continue to update you as the future brightens, including any changes to COVID-19 protocol.
