“When I selected a therapy center to treat me I went to 4 different companies. What I was looking for was how I was welcomed, comfort level, cleanliness, quality and quantity of equipment made available to the patients, number of educated therapist actively working, number of assistants to the actual therapist, actually talking to a couple of them, competently, knowledge, And of course believability in my conversation when I would talk to anyone there . Basically you are part of a family rather then a number. Upon reviewing my findings I decided upon OMPT of Southfield for the above reasons and to this day I remain there allowing them to give me therapy on a continuous basis and have not even thought of changing locations especially with the fact that they have aquatic inside their facility there.
