2. Click on patient forms- complete your peptide therapy/weight loss intake form. Submit labs if drawn in past year (fasting A1C, thyroid panel, lipid panel, CMP) If you don’t have current labs, we can discuss this at your consultation.
3. Patiently wait 5-7 days as Doc will review your chart and reach out with questions, if needed.
4. Finally, once you receive your approval email (check spam/junk mail) follow instructions to schedule your free consultation.
5. Consultations with our qualified nursing staff last 30 minutes. We will go over EVERYTHING in detail, answer all questions, and can initiate treatment at this time.
