We’re Hiring: On-Call Hospice RN 📲

Bayside Wellness Hospice & Home Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to walk alongside patients and families in some of life’s most sacred moments.

This is a 7-on / 7-off on-call role, ideal for an RN who wants meaningful work with predictable time for rest, family, and life outside of work.

In this role, you will:
🕊️ Manage symptoms and provide comfort-focused care
🕊️ Offer calm, confident support to patients and families
🕊️ Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team
🕊️ Uphold excellent standards of end-of-life nursing care

We provide:
✔️ Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
✔️ Paid time off
✔️ HSA options
✔️ A small, mission-driven team that truly values one another

Schedule:
🕒 On-call 3 PM–8 AM, Monday–Friday, plus weekend on-call
📆 7 days on / 7 days off
