As we embark upon 2026, I am filled with gratitude to have shared a most abundant year of healing, joy and purposeful practice with you.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves and sharing your positivity and prayers with everyone in the room and beyond. Your stories and laughs are cherished beyond measure, and I look forward to a continued fellowship and practice of intention and inspiration. I believe God has great things aligned for each and every one of our paths and through Divine love and grace may we continue to mindfully hold each other up as we move towards greater growth rising towards the warmth and brightness of the sun.

I am so excited as the Karasi Fitness and Healing Arts 2025 fall semester begins with another Soul Stirring schedule and I am ever so grateful for the collaborative partnerships with Northwestern Michigan College and Dance Arts Academy. It is such an honor to continue to offer transformative, high quality and affordable classes cultivating inner-peace, and resilience with the belief that ALL things are possible.

You're invited to come learn about the sowing, harvesting and calming benefits of lavender with Full Circle Lavender farmer and owner Joe Adams, followed with a gentle practice of movement, meditation, music and sacred sound in the lavender field.

We’ll move in community towards cultivating compassion, inner-peace and resilience while intentionally sowing seeds connecting mind, body and soul igniting a fruitful fall and winter harvest of inner strength, love and light. Collaborative Pop-up
Enjoy a rejuvenating, restorative and peaceful afternoon where you’ll enjoy tea tasting, a farm tour and a gentle yoga session with sacred sound in collaboration with Karasi Fitness and Healing Arts. Light of Day Organic Tea Farm & Shop is Michigan’s only tea farm offering organic tea in a variety of types and styles.
Your visit will begin with a welcoming matcha drink, followed by a "Soul Stirring Serenity with Sacred Sound" yoga session with Crystal Woodward-Turner (suitable for all levels and ages). Your interactive tea tasting will lead into a guided tour of the grounds with Light of Day Organics founder, Angela Macke. The afternoon will conclude with a visit to the tea shop with the opportunity to experience your choice of a flavorful complimentary cup of tea. Come nourish your soul in nature with gentle movement, sacred sounds and delicious tea tasting. What a beautiful way to begin your week.
