🧂💪🤍Is your primary goal to build trust with your body again?

It's day 4️⃣ of Client Spotlight Week.

POTS often breaks the relationship you once had with your body.

I've been there, TRUST me; I get it.

But what if-

You could regain your:
💛 joy in movement
💛 confidence and independence
💛 reduce fear around exercise/external stimuli
💛 strength without crashing
💛ability to feel safe inside your body again

Trust your body — and have the tools to support it.

This changes everything.

And you don’t do it alone.

Did you know that your identity is everything? It is the lense of which you view your world and everything in it. POTS can go along on that ride without limiting your capabilities. You/we have to show it the way.

Just like J did. Checking off met con rounds with a smile on the turf!

🧂💪🤍Is your primary goal to obtain a daily system that supports your nervous system function?

It's day 3️⃣ of Client Spotlight Week.

Meet Sydney!
I was able to work with Sydney in person her senior year of high school as an arts student. Working through multiple health diagnosis (including POTS) Sydney learned the POTS Strength Method™ — a daily system that supported her nervous system. Week by week we programmed and took into account new information from health specialists including Mayo Clinic. Now in college- we continue our visits virtually. She enjoys Zumba, walks and lifting.

28 Day Support Programming isn’t just exercise.

It’s a foundation.

A 4-week curriculum teaching you how to support your body daily.

You’ll learn how to:
🔘Incorporate exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness together
🔘Improve vagus nerve tone
🔘Time movement, food, and rest for better symptom control
🔘Create the internal and external environment your body needs to thrive

Rework your mindset.
Instead of asking, “Can I handle this today?”
You’ll learn, “How can my day work for me — ?”

🧂💪🤍Is your primary goal function ?

Do you find yourself taking frequent naps and waking up wondering if today is going to be a good day or one of those unpredictable days?

Listen when I say, I see you and I understand.

If you have been cleared by your medical team to utilize exerecise and nutrition as forms of therapy- then listen up.

It's time you start applying behaviors and therapies that rewire autonomic function. Don't waste another day drowning in dysautonomia doubt. Take the guess work out of it. Conserve your precious energy and build confidence in your actions.

Today is the beginning of CLIENT SPOTLIGHT week- Hear from POTS Strong graduates first hand 👇

Meet Hannah.
✨I met Hannah and her Mom through social media. Common symptoms: brain fog, naps, lethargy, digestive discomfort, exercise intolerance & blood pooling.
✨After connecting with her medical team directly I began programming 1:1 and granted Hannah access to the 28 Day Support Programming curriculum and training modules.
✨A live text thread and weekly check-ins helped build a foundation.
✨Primary goal: routine first, followed by a strong dose of motivation and laughter. A combination of daily mindfulness (with the company of her dog at times) to help boost parasympathtetic tone, training split of aerobic and strength days and nutrient education/timing.
✨Hannah's success came from her discipline, consistency and efforts in health.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for 28 Day Support Programming.

If you have been sitting on the fence whether you or your loved one is a candidate for this program- it may be due to one of the most common reasons below 👇

Do you crave movement, but fear the crash that follows?
Have you been encouraged to exercise — yet never shown how to do it safely?
Are you ready to stop working against your body and start working with it?

In the early days, living with POTS isn’t just “feeling tired.”
It’s dizziness, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, blood pooling, brain fog, temperature dysregulation, nausea, exercise intolerance, and crushing fatigue — often all at once.

You may be battling, fear of overdoing it, inconsistent energy levels and loss of confidence in your body. Possible frustration after cardiac rehab or physical therapy comes to an end as you desire more strength but crave the support to get your there.

This program starts with validation.

I see you. I understand the daily calculations you make just to function — and I design around them, not against them.

A place where you feel understood.

✔Structured programming helps to bridge the all too familiar gap between patients and clinicians.

Many patients with POTS report that physicians:
❗ May recommend exercise but don’t give tailored plans
❗ Don’t always provide detailed non-pharmacological guidance
❗ Have limited time to coach pacing, progression, or lifestyle changes

A structured program like a 28 Day Support Programming can help by:
✔ Giving patients tools and logs they can share with clinicians
✔ Helping physicians see trends and adherence data
✔ Creating shared goals and measurable progress data
✔ Reducing frustration and increasing collaboration.

Let POTS Strong™ work for you.

It's time to take your medically advised treatment plan and apply it today.

🏥You've seen all the specialists. Your doctors have given you helpful advice. Now, you just need guidance in making sense of the puzzle.

Where do you start? How are you going to stay consistent and progress?

I've been there; I get it.

It took a whole lot of faith and grit.
Acceptance, with a strong dose of determination.

But let me tell you, after obtaining a degree in Exercise Science, adding certifications over the years, applying science-based protocols and networking in the field; I am still learning. ✔

I can tell you the most important variable when obtaining improved function.

Mindset.
Be Mindful.

Mindful self-awareness isn’t just “relaxation.” It's regulation.

Clinical rehab programs that include mindfulness show measurable benefits in daily function, fatigue, and quality of life in autonomic dysfunction populations.

✔ A multimodal rehab program including mindful self-compassion significantly improved fatigue and quality of life.

You deserve access to quality care. And the support that goes along with it.

❗I'm going to lay it on thick-

Here is more research supporting why exercise is a non-negotiable after receiving a POTS diagnosis.

Research shows that cardiovascular deconditioning plays a role in POTS symptoms and functional disability.

📌 “Hypovolemia and cardiac atrophy” are contributors to decreased tolerance — not weakness.

Fu Q, Levine BD. Exercise and non-pharmacological treatment of POTS. Auton Neurosci. 2018 Dec;215:20-27. doi: 10.1016/j.autneu.2018.07.001. Epub 2018 Jul 4. PMID: 30001836; PMCID: PMC6289756.

Every step toward activity increases aerobic capacity and tolerance over time. Promise.

Need a plan and accountability? POTS Strong™ is here to help and I am here as your personal cheerleader to guide.

✨First real of the year!

It’s lengthy but important- two key takeaways here. If you don’t have these locked in- you could be wasting your precious time.

Here are your two non-negotiables for your POTS program in 2026:

1️⃣ A program that is built specifically for you. Using and revisiting “your why” as the foundation

2️⃣ Include and educate from a comprehensive standpoint. Exercise is just one of the many variables that needs to be considered to unlock your quality of life.

If you can say ,”yes! My program includes both”. Then you are in good hands. If not, it is time you make a change.

Stay strong,
Coach Kait

🏋Exercise intolerance is real — and expected in POTS. But tailored, individualized exercise plans are safe and beneficial when progressed properly.

🔬 Narrative reviews conclude individualized therapeutic exercise is a key non-pharmacologic strategy.

💡 You don’t have to push to the point of overwhelm — you progress.

Exercise isn’t “just good advice.” Controlled studies show exercise training can improve cardiovascular responses and quality of life in POTS.

✔ Aerobic training reduced orthostatic tachycardia and improved life quality compared to controls.
