Well, I think it’s time I made the rumors FB-official…I am leaving Grand Traverse Internal and Family Medicine at the end of 2025, with 12/31 marking my last day in the office. I have accepted two telemedicine positions, as well as a consulting role with a company expanding its diabetes care services nationally.

While I am sad to leave my patients, many of whom I have know longer than some of my children, I am excited to start a new chapter- this one not involving shoes, work pants, or packing a lunch. 🤣

I am so incredibly grateful for my time at GTIFM, my colleagues there, and the fabulous Jess Mastbergen, who will stay with the practice and assume care of my diabetes patients. ❤️❤️ It’s been a privilege to work there.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey thus far…your support has meant more than you know. As I’m not leaving the area, and will likely be desperate for real human contact 😆, I hope our paths will cross again soon.
