I've been in quite a few facilities in town and Orchard Creek Skilled is the best!! The staff are very respectful, they know me very well, they allow me to make choices for myself and accept me being a transgender person.

Orchard Creek Skilled Nursing is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide activities to residents. You will have the freedom to create your own activities or follow an activities schedule created by out Actives Director. This position gives you the opportunity to connect with residents and make an impact in there recovery. Orchard Creek has only 22 beds giving you more time to get to know each resident in a relaxed family like atmosphere. Meals are also provided to you.

This position has flexible hours but is typically 10:00 am to 4:00pm. We are looking to fill every other weekend with the potential for every weekend.

Orchard Creek is a 22 bed Skilled Nursing facility that specializes in rehab. You will be working as a CNA, assisting residents with ADL's, hygiene, mobility, transfers and emotional support while they heal and participate in rehab. Must be certified as a CNA and able to pass background check. Looking for a fun, energetic, hard working individual to join our family like team.

Seeking RN candidates to join our team at Orchard Creek Skilled Nursing Facility. One must be current in AHA CPR, or be able to provide with in 1 week of hire, also must be current with state of MI Nursing License. Candidate shall pride themselves in delivery of excellent care, teamwork and communication skills. Professionalism is a must. Prior experience with Ortho pts, Geriatrics and Skilled nursing preferred. Some staff nursing duties include assessment of patients, pain management, admissions and discharges, wound care, Medicare documentation medication pass and supervising Nurse Aides in our small, 22 bed rehab facility. Orchard Creek also offers, Full benefit package (optical, dental, Rx), PTO, 401K, family like atmosphere and flexible scheduling. Assisted Living, Supportive Care, and Skilled Nursing

Full time Monday-Friday.

Duties include: Outside grounds work, snow plowing, shoveling/salting, painting and dry wall repair, light plumbing and electrically, fire safety, checking maintenance request book daily. (Full list of duties will be provided at interview).
