Sundays are a bridge — a pause between what was and what’s coming.
Instead of letting the week sneak up on you, use today to gently prepare.

Take a few minutes to:
• Schedule your yoga classes for the week
• Look ahead at your commitments
• Plan one nourishing meal
• Build in one moment just for you
• Create space for actual rest

In yoga philosophy, we talk about intention (sankalpa).
The week feels different when you choose how you want to show up before it begins.

Maybe your intention is:
Steady.
Patient.
Present.
Strong.
Soft.

Roll out your mat today — even if it’s just for five minutes.

A slow forward fold. A gentle twist. A quiet savasana.

The week ahead doesn’t have to feel overwhelming when you start from grounded.

While the world celebrates romantic love today, we want to gently remind you of something just as important — the love you cultivate within yourself.

Yoga is a practice of connection.
Connection to breath.
Connection to body.
Connection to community.

And love shows up in small ways:
• Choosing to move your body even when it’s busy
• Taking a deep breath before reacting
• Resting when you need to
• Showing up imperfectly

Love isn’t just something we give. It’s something we embody.

We’re so grateful for every single one of you who walks through our doors and makes this space what it is. You are part of what makes LBY feel like home.

Mondays can feel heavy, but they don’t have to set the tone for your whole week. Slow down tonight and try this simple reset:

🌿 Take 3 deep breaths before you walk in the door.
🌿 Put your phone down for 10 minutes and just be with yourself or your loved ones.
🌿 Sip some water or tea slowly—like it’s the only thing on your to-do list.

A little mindfulness on a Monday evening can change everything. đź’«
