🍂 The new Fall Schedule has been out for a couple of weeks,
but did you know we added 9 brand new classes?! 🤩 And we have two new teachers?

We’re talking early mornings, slow flows, restorative resets, and everything in between.

Here’s what’s new:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:30am Sunrise Hot Flow 🌅
Tuesdays: 10:30am Yin Yoga | 4pm Warm Vin/Yin | 7pm Evening Unwind (Gentle & Restorative)
Thursdays: 4pm Warm Vin/Yin | 7pm Restorative Yoga
Fridays: 9am Slow Flow | 4pm Yoga Shapeshifting
Sundays: 9am Hot Yogalates | 12pm Balance & Mobility
That’s 9 new classes added to our regular lineup — and they’re already becoming community favorites! 💕

🌀 Yoga Lab: Unwind to Align 🌀
This morning’s lab was all about twists — and not just the physical kind! Twists wring out our bodies, refresh our systems, and remind us of the balance between effort and ease.

We broke down Chair Twist, Crescent Lunge Twist, Twisted Side Angle, and Revolved Triangle — learning how to safely spiral from the core and use props for support.
Students left feeling detoxed, energized, and realigned.

💫 Just like in life, sometimes you have to twist, wring things out, and make space for what’s next.

This morning in Yoga Lab we got into our Warrior vibes 💥

And nope—not the kind with swords and shields. The kind that remind us to root down, rise up, and hold steady even when life feels a little wobbly.

Warrior I was all about planting those feet and standing tall.
Warrior II had us strong and centered, like “I’ve got this.”

Reverse Warrior gave us permission to lean back, open up, and actually breathe.
And Warrior III? Oh yeah, that one brought out all the wobbles—but also the reminder that balance isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up anyway.

Honestly, that’s the magic of Yoga Lab—it’s not just about the poses. It’s about finding pieces of yourself in them. The courage, the focus, the soft strength you can take with you off the mat too. 💛
If you missed class today, don’t stress—there’s always next week. And at a new time! Wednesdays 10:30am.
