Schedule your classes ahead of time.
It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference.

When something lives only in our head — “I should go to yoga this week” — life tends to fill that space with other things.
But when it’s on your calendar, it becomes a commitment.

A promise to yourself.
Your practice doesn’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to attend every class.

Even one or two classes a week can create meaningful change in your body, your mind, and your stress levels.
So take a moment today and look at the week ahead.

Choose your classes.
Write them down.
Claim that time for yourself.
