This morning in Yoga Lab we explored balance — on the mat and in life. 🌳✨

Tree Pose, Warrior III, Half Moon, Eagle… lots of wobbles, laughs, and those little “ah-ha” moments when you find your center again.

The reminder we carried out of class: Balance isn’t about never falling. It’s the practice of finding your center no matter how many times you sway.

This week’s Yoga Lab theme was Twist & Shout: Unlocking the Spine 🌪️

We broke down twists from the ground up—seated, standing, and supine—learning how to combine strength with mobility so the spine feels supported and free.

Our “midpoint zinger” core drill reminded us that twists come from stability, not force!

Takeaway of the week: Twists help us release what we no longer need and create fresh energy in the body + mind. 💫

✨ Monday Mindful Tip ✨
Mondays can feel heavy, but they don’t have to set the tone for your whole week. Slow down tonight and try this simple reset:
🌿 Take 3 deep breaths before you walk in the door.
🌿 Put your phone down for 10 minutes and just be with yourself or your loved ones.
🌿 Sip some water or tea slowly—like it’s the only thing on your to-do list.
A little mindfulness on a Monday evening can change everything. 💫
