Grand Traverse Pavilions invites community members to share their time and talents with us by becoming a volunteer! Our volunteer program welcomes individuals of all ages and groups of all sizes into the Pavilions, encouraging you to share your passion, interests and talents with our residents.

Volunteer opportunities range from 1 on 1 visits, assisting with bingo, accompanying residents on a shopping trip, and much more. We would love to have individuals share their talents and even run small or large groups including book club, knitting/crocheting, 1 on 1 visits, or whatever your special talent/interest may be! Residents also love visits from furry friends so if you have a 4 legged friend you’d like to share please apply!

We can assure your time spent volunteering at the Grand Traverse Pavilions will be meaningful, fulfilling, and most importantly..FUN!

Childcare visited Willow residents to share their Hotwheels and show off their skills! These intergenerational activities always bring so much joy to both the children and residents, we are truly lucky to be able to share these special times on a weekly basis 🏎🏁

Our residents took a field trip to Rainbow Valley Family Farms and made some fuzzy new friends! 🦙 Some fresh air, and a whole lot of alpacas made for a fun and memorable day. A big thank you to the the team for having us!

Join us tomorrow night for a performance by K.Jones & the Benzie Playboys as we wrap up the 2025 Concerts On the Lawn series!! The forecast looks wonderful, bring a chair and enjoy a night on the beautiful Grand Lawn, but don't forget your dancing shoes!

The concert starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM. Concessions will be open from 5:30-7:15 PM. Moomers Homemade Ice Cream and Nate's Best Kettle Corn will be available for the duration of the show.
