We're celebrating Dr. March in March! 📆 On this last day of the month we'd like to highlight a lovely review we just received on this wonderful provider!

"I have used West Front Primary Care since I moved to Traverse City in 1998. My experience has always been very positive. I love their professionalism, knowledge a personal caring. If I have an urgent issue they always see me that day. Over the years, I have been treated by many of the practitioners for urgent needs. They have all been great. But Dr March has been my P*P for at least 20 years-since he started there. He has expertly managed my healthcare through many serious illnesses, some life-threatening. Dr March is always caring and wise, with a wonderful (and appropriate) sense of humor. I highly recommend Dr. March and West Front Primary Care." - Current Patient

🥦🍎 March is National Nutrition Month! 🍎🥦

March is the perfect time to take a fresh look at the foods that fuel our bodies. National Nutrition Month is a reminder that small, healthy choices each day can make a big difference in how we feel...both now and in the future.

Here are a few simple ways to celebrate good nutrition this month:

🥗 Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables
Colorful foods are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber that support overall health.

💧 Stay hydrated
Water helps your body function at its best...keep a bottle nearby throughout the day.

🍳 Choose balanced meals
Aim for a mix of lean protein, healthy fats and whole grains to keep energy steady.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Cook and eat together
Preparing meals at home and sharing them with family can help build healthy habits for everyone.

🚶‍♀️ Pair nutrition with movement
Healthy eating and regular activity go hand in hand for feeling your best.

Remember, healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Small changes over time can lead to big benefits for your health.

Here’s to a month of good food, good habits, and feeling great! 🥕🍓💚

🌷☀️ Spring Into Good Health! ☀️🌷

Longer days, fresh air, and sunshine are finally here! Spring is the perfect time to reset a few healthy habits and enjoy the season. Here are some doctor-approved tips to help you feel your best this spring:

🚶‍♀️ Get outside and move
Take advantage of the warmer weather with walks, bike rides or yard work. Even 20 minutes of movement can boost your mood and energy.

🥗 Add fresh foods to your plate
Spring is a great time to load up on fruits and vegetables. Fresh, colorful foods help support your immune system and overall health.

😴 Reset your sleep routine
Longer daylight can throw off sleep schedules. Try to keep consistent bedtimes so your body stays well-rested.

🌞 Protect your skin
Sunshine feels wonderful, but don’t forget sunscreen and protective clothing when you’re outside.

💧 Stay hydrated
As activity levels increase, remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

🩺 Schedule your checkups
Spring is a great reminder to stay on top of annual wellness visits and preventive care.

Here’s to a season full of fresh starts, fresh air, and good health! 🌼💚
