Amber Teething Necklaces…

Baltic Amber is 45 million year old fossilized tree resin, it contains Succinic Acid, which is a natural anti-inflammatory. When you wear the amber jewelry it warms with your body heat and you absorb the succinic acid through the skin. It helps to relieve all kinds of aches and pains, from teething, headaches, asthma, arthritis and so much more without any side effects!

External fetal monitoring (EFM) is a non-invasive procedure that intermittently or continuously monitors the baby’s heart rate and uterine contractions during pregnancy and labor.

**The monitor may be intermittent or continuous, depending on the situation.

You have two options with external monitoring; wired or wireless 🛜

What you will use will depend on your preferences and what your site has available for you.

The fundal height is the distance in centimeters from the p***c bone to the top of the uterus (the fundus).

After about 24 weeks of gestation, the fundal height in centimeters generally matches the number of weeks pregnant (plus or minus 3 cm).

Are you using the wrong fl**ge size? Likely yes…

If you were sized and they didn’t have you try out different fl**ge sizes; you may want to get sized again.

During a fl**ge fitting I am looking at:

1. Measurements
2. Doing a visual assessment of your pumping session and trying out multiple fl**ge and tunnel sizes.
3. Comfort
4. Looking at milk flow and overall output

Need help finding the right size for you? Contact using the link in my bio.
