Today, we are excited to recognize the incredible ANDREW PATTON (Physical Therapist)! ANDREW is one of our newest hires this past June at Elite and has been rolling full steam ahead ever since! ANDREW brings a positive attitude, and a passion for connecting one on one with his patients to bring them back moving purposefully and pain free. ANDREW’S unstoppable enthusiasm and can-do attitude seamlessly transfers over to his patients. If he isn’t encouraging some of the more “wiser”-aged patients, you can find him jumping on made up rocks to avoid the hot lava with our younger patients.
Tenure: ANDREW joined us in June 2025
Passions outside of work: Outside of work, ANDREW is passionate about guitars and writing music, coffee and food!
Fun Fact or Stupid Human Trick: ANDREW’S hidden “talent” is being able to wiggle his ears!

It’s that time again-time to brag about one of our own! Today we are recognizing our amazing Certified Athletic Trainer, Emily Weber! Somehow, she manages to be a phenomenal trainer (who is also a consistent and reliable employee) and the reason we all laugh a little harder at work! If you have heard her contagious laugh, you know what we mean! It’s the REAL deal.

Emily often shares her patient “wins” at our weekly meetings and is constantly turning challenging cases into victories. We are blessed to have her on our team.

Tenure: Emily has been with us for over 7 years

Passions outside of work: Emily loves to lift weights, golf, stay active, and volunteer! She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2021 and truly believes in not letting a diagnosis stop you from doing what you set your mind to.

Fun Fact: She taught herself how to play guitar when she was 12 and has been playing ever since!

Today we are excited to shine a spotlight on LYDIA CASE, our incredible Certified Athletic Trainer! Her critical thinking skills make a huge impact on our team and patients every day.
LYDIA treats a variety of injuries in our clinic and delivers exceptional results. We appreciate her problem solving skills and tailored treatment plans to meet the needs of her patients.

Tenure: LYDIA has been with Elite for over 10 years

Passions outside of work: LYDIA is passionate about raising awareness and funds for Cystic Fibrosis, a condition her son was diagnosed with several years ago. She also has a love for exploring National Parks. Her favorite is Haleakala National Park.

Fun Fact: LYDIA was a former Cherry Princess! You can say royalty runs in the family because both her son and daughter were a Cherry prince/princess as well!

The perks of having THE BEST patients!! Homemade sourdough bread 🍞 was gifted to me today by one of our kind, new patients. We had a waiting room chit-chat yesterday about how I mess up this bread every time I try to make it. Then today, a phone call came in… “Would you like a loaf of bread for you and your husband? I just happen to be close by and will drop off a loaf if you’d like”. YES PLEASE! These acts of kindness remind me of so many things that are good in this world 🌎.
