Dr. Nicole Strasko, DC
Chiropractor | BirthFit & Wellness Coach | Former Pro Athlete | Mom
Dr. Nicole Strasko is a chiropractor, coach, and proud mom with a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and supporting families through every stage of life.
Originally from the Midwest, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Central College in Pella, Iowa, where she also competed as a collegiate basketball and volleyball player. While attending chiropractic school at Life University in Georgia, she was introduced to the sport of rugby—a passion that led her to play with USA Rugby and participate in the first-ever professional women’s rugby tournament in North America in 2021. She continued playing at both recreational and professional levels around the world until 2023, and was recently inducted into the 2025 Collegiate Rugby Championship Hall of Fame.
After transferring, she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California in 2019. She immediately traveled on a mission trip to Tonga, where she served local communities and witnessed the powerful healing potential of chiropractic care.
Dr. Nicole is certified in the Webster Technique through the ICPA and is passionate about caring for women during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Drawing on her background as an athlete, she also specializes in recovery, with certifications in IASTM and cupping therapy. Her approach is functional, personalized, and rooted in truly meeting each person where they are.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Nicole coaching youth sports, making homemade lotions, spending time with family, or enjoying sunny walks with her baby boy.
