I almost quit fitness… and not because I didn’t care.

I almost quit because nothing I was doing was working anymore.

I was doing everything right—
working out more
pushing harder
staying consistent

…and still dealing with:
• back pain
• a weak, disconnected core
• a body that didn’t feel like mine

And the hardest part?

Feeling like a fraud…
like I should know better.

But the truth is—
what works before kids doesn’t work the same after.

And no one teaches you that.

If your workouts aren’t changing your core… this is why.

You can do all the ab workouts, Pilates classes, and “core” exercises…
but if your deep core and pelvic floor aren’t working together, your body will keep compensating.

That’s when you see:

You’re doing the workouts.

Helping women reconnect to their bodies, ditch the back pain and leaking, flatten that stubborn lower belly pooch, and most importantly—feel confident and strong again—is the BEST part of my job.

This isn’t just about workouts and check-ins…
It’s about healing and strengthening from the inside out.
It’s about habits that actually stick.

Workouts don’t have to be perfect…
because life never is.

Your kids will need something.�You’ll be tired.�Plans will change.�You’ll have 10 minutes instead of 30.

And instead of doing something…�most people do nothing because it’s not “ideal.”

That’s the trap.
Perfect isn’t what gets you results.�Consistency in real life does.

Messy workouts.�Short workouts.�Modified workouts.
The ones you can actually do on a random Tuesday�when life is doing the most 😅

That’s what builds strength.�That’s what gets you feeling like yourself again.

Stop waiting for perfect.
Start showing up.

If sneezing feels like a high-risk activity…
we need to talk.

Because leaking when you sneeze, cough, jump, run…
is common—but it’s not something you just have to live with.

And no, the answer isn’t just doing more kegels and hoping for the best 🙃

Your pelvic floor is part of a whole system—
your core, your breath, your pressure management…

And when that system isn’t working together?
That’s when the leaks show up.

The good news?

You can fix it.
You can feel strong again.
You can trust your body again.

And you definitely shouldn’t have to cross your legs every time you feel a sneeze coming on 😅

You don’t have a consistency problem.

You have a too much s**t on your plate problem…
and no actual plan for YOUR SPECIFIC goals.

You’re trying to:
• work out more
• do more cardio
• cook more meals
• eat more veggies
• be more present
• drink more water
• watch less screens
• journal all your moods
• have a skincare routine
• read more books
• go for walks + get fresh air
• not look like a mountain troll
• watch your trash shows (for balance 😅)
• be a good partner… not just a roommate
• win the “best mom ever” award
• and basically take care of everyone else…

…and not lose your mind in the process 🙃

No wonder it feels like you “can’t stay consistent.”

It’s not you.
It’s the approach.

Because piling more on top of an already overwhelmed system?
Isn’t self-care… it’s self-pressure.

And when your body already feels off—
(back pain, leaking, no core connection)

Throwing random workouts and habits at it
just makes everything feel harder.

You don’t need more to do.

You need less… done right.
