Healthy Gums 101:
Pink, firm, and snug = healthy.
Red, swollen, and bleeding = gum disease.

Left untreated, it can lead to bone loss and even tooth loss. Yikes! Brush, floss, and see your dentist regularly to keep your smile strong.
