Solace: Grief and Loss Yoga class: scheduled l: 3/2, 3/5, 3/9, 3/12, 3/16 4:30-5:45pm.

This class is designed to offer a sacred and safe space without judgement for those grieving and experiencing "complicated" loss. We use neuro-biology and yoga principles to understand aspects of grief and how to get "unstuck". We rotate our dedication to each individual within the 5 class series. It's a time to create healing, reflection, support, empathy, and solace.
