Stress and anxiety are at all time highs. You are not alone. And we don’t have to try to regulate ourselves alone. In fact, it’s really hard to do. And sometimes humans are just too much, or it’s challenging to reach out. That’s where plants come in 🌿 Plants are people too, and they make wonderful friends.
Nervines are plants that help soothe our nervous system and tame the proverbial tiger 🐅 so we can stop fighting and flighting and settle into a more restful state.
Some of our favorite nervines are Lemon Balm, Milky Oats, Linden, Lavender and Motherwort 🌿
- Milky Oats, Linden and Lavender can be found in our Northern Nirvana tea
- Lemon Balm can be found in our lemon balm salve and Sunshine Daydream tea
- Motherwort works best as a tincture. Various companies make and sell it. I made a lot last year that’d I’d be happy to share by donation :)
It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s also okay to feel good. 😌
