Lizzy W. and Mike L. have started volunteering at TC Paws (the local cat adoption program) during the weekends. Its been a very rewarding volunteer option for animal lovers. We use our experience with animals to help new families adopt cats and kittens.

As a newer Clubhouse member, after attending for a few weeks now, I feel more confident in social situations and feel closer to my goals. At Clubhouse, I feel safe and can build relationship skills and work skills. If Clubhouse services were cut or changed, I would lose a valuable space to engage with others and I would feel no motivation to continue with my overall wellness goals" ~Traverse House member

I am a 45-year-old single woman with Schizoaffective Disorder. I have been attending Clubhouse for 2.5 years and it has changed my life for the better. I have been more active and social since I became a member at Clubhouse. Going on outings, eating healthy lunches, access to free food from the pantry- all have made me happier and helped my wellness. If clubhouse services were cut or changed, I would not be nearly as active and I would be so sad to miss attending. ~Traverse House Member
