I think it is important to mention that as the owners of the Fusion Hotel destroyed our business as well as other small business owners and put their employees out of work, in a very cavalier way, I might add, several attempts to talk to the Mayor of TI went un-answered. I could not get him to return my calls or grant me a meeting to discuss what was happening to our town of Treasure Island. Even after the outcry and complaints of so many residents of TI, on this app as well as other social media outlets he never even stopped by any of our businesses to gain a better understanding of what this family was doing to us and our community. It is very important to know who your mayor is and the fact that he communicates with nobody and doesn’t care about anything that is going on in the town of Treasure Island.

People keep sending me messages asking me what’s left. Here’s a video of what is left plus a couple of other odds and ends and plates. If you’re interested, I will be back tomorrow morning at 9 o’clock and then that is it. Most of the stuff I have left you can have for free. But I can’t haul stuff for people who might not show up so if you are interested, just be here. Also lots of steps, and Hyde adjusters and other odds and ends.

Just going to breakfast at 10:30. Will be back by 11:30 and will be in the gym until 1 pm. Anybody who wants to come look at equipment there is lots of stuff left. kettle bells Dumbells Mats even a New laser printer. All kinds of things. Some for free so we have to pay for. All of them at a fraction of the cost.

Just posting things as I see them for tomorrow morning. We also have very heavy duty drop mats which will protect your floor from weights. Lots of stuff still to choose from so hopefully see you tomorrow morning between nine and 11.

We have still a lot of things left if anybody wants them. We have a small plyo box, we have 45 pound plates and also 10 and 5 pound plates, weightlifting belts, small Dumbells and a rack for balls and bosu and we also have exercise balls, bosus and mats left. The weights are a dollar a pound. Everything else is free except the bosus which are $20 each. 
You can come now or tomorrow morning, Tuesday, between 9 AM and 11 AM.
Also, we still have lots of other things like a medical scale, adjustable steps, yoga blocks, and a big rack to hold all the equipment. Also, a weight rack.

Treasure Island athletic club is closing this morning. You are welcome to come and walk through until 11AM. Anything you want you can buy or have. No need to call just come over and purchase what you want. All weights dumbbells kettle balls, ropes balls, etc. are for sale or for free

Well, this came up on me kind of fast. Tomorrow is my last day at the gym. I will be going out of town and I will be back Monday morning to meet the guys to take all the equipment out. I just want to take this opportunity because there are so many of you that I will not see, to say, “thank you so much for being part of the gym all these years. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to know all of you. I only wish I had gotten to know some of you a little better. Enjoy your summer. Hopefully we will meet again soon.

This is a post I hoped never to have to write. It has come to my attention In the last few days some items have been taken from the gym. We will be looking back through the videos to see who the perpetrator is. Please know going forward we will be watching the cameras 24 seven, anybody caught taking things from the gym will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No matter how big or small the item you will be charged with a crime. This is a terrible way to end our 7 years on treasure Island and I am very sure that since most of our members are fantastic, it’s just one rotten apple. really loved being here and hate to have to post this.

Michael Murphy owns Anytime Fitnessin S Pasadena. He is a class guy and runs a really nice clean gym similar to ours. I recommend checking his gym out. Just a couple of minutes away.

I regret that we must announce we are going out of business. I want everybody to know we tried very hard to find a new location, but nothing worked out. Thank you for your loyalty and your patronage over the years. Shelley and I will miss everyone of you.

All or nothing! I gave everything I possibly could during my workouts, taking the muscle to failure and sometimes beyond.

For each and every workout, I had a goal to achieve. I’d read my log book for 10 minutes and visualise how I would achieve my goals.

Then I’d go to the gym and give nothing but 100% with complete focus and dedication.
