We're doing a 90-day trial run for a change in hours.
Monday & Wednesday / 7:30-4:45
Friday / 7:30-12:30

This change will give teachers, staff, and their families adequate time to see us after school and help broaden accessibility to our patients. It will also allow parents to be present during your student's after-school visits. We're grateful for your support of Tremont Access School Based Clinic, and it's our honor to serve you.

The Tremont School clinic will be open to students and staff during the kindergarten boot camp Wednesday July 12th - Friday July 21st. Feel free to come by and tour the clinic with your child, and sign up for our services!
