This week is Healthcare HR/Payroll week, which celebrates HR workers across healthcare organizations. About Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center

Tremont Health & Rehabilitation, founded in 1980 and acquired by Saber Healthcare Group in 2018, is located in the rural and picturesque town of Tremont. Gatherings and are common at Tremont Health & Rehab and include Club, Wii Night, Alzheimer’s Fun Day, and regular outings.

We aim to provide you or your loved one with the best care and support possible. Our spectrum of care includes rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long-term care.

Tremont specializes in rehabilitative services for individuals needing post-surgical care, cardiac/stroke recovery, IV therapy, wound care and more. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates on individualized treatment plans that ensure each patient’s needs are met. Our highly skilled therapy department offers physical, occupational and speech therapies to help individuals reach their highest functional levels.

As part of Saber Healthcare Group, our facility provides Telemedicine technology to our residents. By using Telemedicine, our clinical teams can consult the patient’s attending physician at bedside, avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits and readmission to the hospital.
