Join us for a special afternoon of ceremony and sound on Sunday, May 17th from 3:30 to 5:30pm at the beautiful Shamanic Twist ( ) studio in Kamas.

We’re so excited to have Taylor Cooper from Conquer You Cacao guiding us through a heart-opening cacao ceremony and sound healing journey along with the assistance of guest musician Charles Coleman . We’ll close the afternoon with a 20-30 minute integration circle, a safe space to share and settle into whatever came up for you.

Wear something comfortable and come with an open heart. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Bring a mug, yoga mat, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and anything else that helps you fully relax into the experience.

Phones off. Just you, the cacao, sound, and community.
