Good π Monday Morning!
I am definitely π― looking forward to spring! We woke up to another 4 inches of snow βοΈ here in northern Utah!
I can not change Mother Nature π¬οΈ but I can change my attitude. I can change how I feel just by tweaking a few things.
1- when I shift my motions or movement it switches my EMOTIONS!
Move, walk, run πββοΈ dance π
2- Feed your Body good π Whole Foods. Try this week to EAT one ingredient foods. Nothing processed or out of a box. No sugar and see how much better you feel.
3- Fuel β½οΈ your body! Watch what you drink! Focus on water and electrolytes.
No liquid carbs or chemicals.
4- Smile π smile just to smile π practice wearing a smile π and being grateful π
Both a smiling and being grateful are a gift π that can be developed.
