Jess just hit her one year mark at Comfort Keepers, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate her. She brings so much warmth to her role and treats everyone she meets - seniors, families, and teammates with the same genuine kindness and respect.

Jess is the kind of person who shows up with a smile every day, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and makes all of CK feel truly cared for. We’re so lucky to have her heart on our team.

A happy caregiver team doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built every day by the admin staff who answer the calls, go the extra step, solve the tough problems, support families, and keep our caregivers moving forward.

In home care depends on strong internal support, and our admin team is the backbone of the high quality senior care we provide throughout Wayne County. Their work isn’t always visible, but its impact is felt in every home we serve and in every client and caregiver experience at Comfort Keepers.
