Please join me this Tuesday night for a 75 min yoga class.
When we slow down and find inner peace, the rest of our life falls into place. Take a break from your busy schedule and reunite or find your inner peace.
This weekly 75 min class will meet in the beautiful sanctuary in the Kinergy Center. Together we will unite with cleansing breathwork, energy balancing movements, strength building yoga poses and a relaxing guided meditation. Crystals bowls will be played at the beginning and ending of the class.
You MUST pre-register for this class

Although we are not meeting at Kriya, we will be gathering with our Kriya community for a mini reunion in Wyandotte!
There are a few available spots left for tonight’s sound bath meditation. The focus is on what seeds we are planting to cultivate a meaningful, joy filled life.

The sound bath meditation is at Kinergy.Center in Wyandotte from 6:30 - 8:00pm The cost is $30
