We were proud to sponsor “A Walk for Wellness,” recently hosted by Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County (ICGMC) at Veteran’s Park in Hamilton, New Jersey. ICGMC is a local non-profit organization that promotes the independence, dignity, and wellness of homebound elderly and adults with disabilities by matching them with supportive and caring volunteers who assist with the tasks of everyday life. Staff from Capital Health were on hand to share important information about common chronic diseases and encourage caregivers to prioritize their health. Thanks to everyone who joined us to recognize ICGMC caregivers and the great work they do in our community!
