⚾🎬 That’s a wrap on SNF Week 2026! Our final day brought us all the fun of A League of Their Own with Baseball Bingo, movie trivia, and a special staff lunch to celebrate an amazing week together! ❤️🤍💙

From laughs and teamwork to unforgettable memories, this week truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you to our incredible staff, residents, families, and everyone who helped make SNF Week so special. There may be no crying in baseball… but there were definitely lots of smiles! 😊⚾

🦖 SNF Week Day 4 was absolutely DINO-mite! 🦕

Today’s classic movie theme was Jurassic Park, and the building was roaring with excitement all day long! From scavenger hunts to an unforgettable dinosaur parade led by our amazing therapy group, there was adventure around every corner. 🦖✨

With all the chaos and fun, we only managed to snap ONE photo… but trust us, the memories were larger than life! 😂📸

⚡️ Day 3 of SNF Week took us Back to the Future! 🚗💨

Residents and staff traveled through time with scavenger hunts, movie trivia, laughs, and plenty of fun throughout the day! 🕶️⏰

A huge THANK YOU to Haven Hospice for helping make the day extra sweet by bringing supplies for delicious floats including root beer, cola, and creamsicle floats! 🥤🍦 We appreciate your kindness and support so much! ❤️

Our amazing residents at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation are coming together to support local families in need—and they need your help!

We are hosting a Baby Donation Drive to benefit TriCounty Community Resource Center, a big supporter in our community, and every little bit makes a BIG difference. 🍼✨

Items Needed:
• Baby clothes & blankets (gently used are welcome!)
• Diapers & wipes
• Bottles, pacifiers, and baby essentials (new items please)

Day 2 of SNF Week had us answering the call… GHOSTBUSTERS style! 👻💚

Today’s classic 80s-90s movie theme brought out all the slime and laughs as residents and staff became official ghost hunters for the day! We made slime, took our best shot at Slimer, enjoyed spooky cupcakes, and cooled off with some delicious green “ecto” juice.

There were plenty of laughs, a little ghostly competition, and lots of memories made along the way. Who ya gonna call? Ayers! 💚👻

A long time ago in a nursing home not so far away… Skilled Nursing Facility Week officially began!

This year’s theme is Classic Movies of the 80s & 90s, and we kicked things off in galactic style with a Star Wars Day celebration! Residents and staff teamed up for epic lightsaber battles, playful competitions, laughs, and plenty of fun across the galaxy.

The Force was definitely strong at Ayers today as both the Dark Side and the Jedi fought hard for victory! Thank you to everyone who joined in and made Day 1 unforgettable. Stay tuned… more movie magic is coming all week long!

Our Cinco de Mayo party was packed with fun, flavor, and fiesta spirit! Residents enjoyed dancing to lively music, taking swings at the piñata, and sipping on tasty margarita punch while celebrating together. From laughter on the dance floor to sweet treats and colorful decorations, it was a day full of smiles and memories. We love bringing joy and celebration to our Ayers family! 🌵🎶🪅

Last night, we rolled out the red carpet for some truly incredible stars… our volunteers! ⭐

Our Volunteer Banquet was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, gratitude, and a whole lot of heart. From the decorations to the delicious food and special moments shared, everything came together to celebrate the people who give so much of themselves to brighten the lives of our residents.

Our volunteers are more than helping hands—they are smiling faces, listening ears, and a constant source of joy. Whether it’s leading activities, visiting one-on-one, or simply showing up with kindness, they make a difference every single day.

Our Volunteers of the Year are- Sidney & Mary Hodge, Bill Alexander, Junior & Gidget Kimbell, and Dale Riels! Their years of dedication has not gone unnoticed! We also added a new award, in honor of an amazing volunteer that we lost in June of 2025. The Meagan Maurer Heart of Service Award, awarded to a young person between 13-21. This year was an easy choice, Emily Maurer! 💕

We are so thankful for each and every one of you. Ayers is a better place because of your time, compassion, and dedication. 💛
