Ok frens, our little buddy Parker took off during the bad weather yesterday and his dad hasn’t been able to find him. Took off from the Lower Street area in Trenton. His collar has his name and phone number on it. Friendly fella. Please message Paige at 252.229.8124 if you spot him!!

Due to the gas leak in town, we have been evacuated for the remainder of the day. Please leave any refill requests you have on our touch tone IVR system, or if you have questions you can leave us a voicemail. We should be back in the morning. Thank you!

Due to the ice accumulating tonight, we will have a 2 hour delay opening on Thursday. We anticipate the phones will be a little busy at first, so we encourage you to use our IVR system to call in refill numbers. Also, if you receive text messages from us, you can message to that number if you don't have your rx numbers. Thank you and stay safe!

We are here! Roads still have a few icy patches so please be careful. If you need to go ahead and call in refills, please do so today. We can have your order ready for pickup when you feel comfortable getting out. (And it'll save us from the avalanche of phone calls tomorrow!) You can submit requests 24/7 using our IVR touch tone system!

After the accident in town last night our internet cable was cut. Spectrum has been notified but it may be later today before it is repaired 🙄. Calls will be forwarded to my personal cell, which means only one phone call can be answered at a time and insurance claims will also be processed via my hotspot when I can get that running ( but it may be slower). Due to this we do ask if your requests can wait until later today it will really be appreciated. We will post again when regular service is restored. Thank you!

Our phone provider is having server issues this morning. Please bear with us! Here are some options to call in for refills while they get their system back up and running. 1. Use the option to key in your rx numbers for refill. 2. You can reply to the number we send you ready notifications. We are receiving text messages only at that number.
Hopefully they will have us and their "hundreds" of other customers back in business very soon!

Our phone system is back up and able to take your refill requests by entering your rx number from your bottle or package. You do not need to enter any zeroes at the beginning of the number, the system doesn't recognize those and will kick you over to me :) Our phone lines are particularly busy the first hour of the day and again around 3-4 pm, so this may be an easier option for our customers and it certainly helps us out too!
Also, we will be installing an interesting new piece of equipment next week! So excited to share more later!

We are so excited to finally be getting new windows for our building! Our drive thru, however, may be blocked for a bit today. You can still drive up, but you may have to back out 🤣, so if you come and there’s someone at the window, give them plenty of room!
