This Saturday we’ve got something really special for the kids!

We’re hosting two FREE sessions with author Kiki Pape, featuring her sweet children’s book Worry Wags 🐶 all about supporting kids’ mental health 🥹✨

Each session includes:
-30 minutes of playtime with Mom & instructor, ending with a yoga-inspired wind-down
-10 minutes to cool off
-20 minutes of storytime with Kiki

Saturday, September 13th
