Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Activity Director to join our team and bring joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents!

✨ Position Highlights:
• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and special events
• Develop and implement individualized activity programs based on resident interests and abilities
• Complete resident assessments and contribute to comprehensive care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ social, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met
• Maintain accurate documentation, activity calendars, and participation records
• Coordinate holiday events, outings, and themed activities

💼 Qualifications:
• Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare preferred
• Understanding of care planning process and resident assessments
• Compassionate, upbeat, and organized personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/events

🐣🌷 We can’t believe it… our 11th Annual Easter Event is almost here! 🌷🐣

For over a decade, this event has brought our community together for fun, laughter, and LOTS of Easter eggs! Each year it keeps getting bigger, and we’re so excited to celebrate with everyone again.

Color contest sheets are being dropped off at local schools this week. You can also pick them up at Tri-County Nursing Home.

This afternoon we were honored to host “An Afternoon of Art, Storytelling, and History” featuring the beautiful and meaningful work of Carolyn Cohen in celebration of Black History Month.

Residents, families, and staff gathered to experience powerful stories, rich history, and inspiring artwork that sparked conversation, reflection, and connection. Carolyn’s work reminds us of the importance of preserving voices, honoring culture, and sharing our stories with one another. So many meaningful conversations took place, tying together the connections of families, history, and community in a truly special way.

We were honored to have Carolyn’s family and friends join us, along with Fanning Springs Mayor Tripp Lancaster.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make today’s Art Exhibit so special. Moments like these bring our community together and create memories that truly matter.
