North Central Missouri Mental Health Center is committed to improving the well-being of our community, and we believe conducting a thorough needs assessment is a crucial step in continuing to provide quality care for our community’s mental health needs.
We request your assistance in this endeavor by completing a short survey for our needs assessment. We anticipate the survey will take less than 5 minutes of your time. The findings from the survey will be utilized to develop a focused plan on how to better serve our clients, communities, and staff. We will share the results with the community through our website and page.
