🎁 Toy Drive Success at Riverside 🎁
Today was the big day! We delivered all of the collected toys to the International Charter School of Trenton, and we are thrilled to share that we collected enough toys so every student will receive at least one gift.
A huge thank you to Rose Brozena for partnering with the school, Gretchen, our DON, for reaching out to vendors and staff to make this toy drive possible, and Tom for his incredible generosity, helping ensure every child received a gift and taking the time to deliver the toys in his truck.
And of course, a massive thank you to our staff and families for the overwhelming donations and support!
We also want to thank our amazing vendor partners who helped make this possible: Vitality Hospice and Palliative Care, Serenity Hospice Care LLC, Care4ME, and Heritage Wound Management Specialists.
This is what community looks like, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Riverside came together in a big way this season!
Our Community and Clinical Liaison, Rose Brozena, teamed up with the International Charter School in Trenton to host a meaningful food drive at our facility. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we were able to donate three large totes of food and three frozen turkeys to families in need.
A special shoutout to Rose’s two grandsons, who joined us on Sunday to help assemble the baskets. Moments like these show the power of community, compassion, and teamwork.

Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation offers short and long term care in a secure and caring environment. When a resident is admitted to our home, our skilled team of trained professionals meets with the resident and family and provides a unique and highly personalized plan of care.
Through our Family Approach to Caring model we are able to provide a lively and caring community with staff that diligently addresses each residents’ needs promply. In order to optimize function and quality of life, our patients are continually evaluated for changes in health and overall well-being.

We provide a wide range of skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. Whether you need short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, we will customize your program to increase your capabilities and quality of life. Admissions
At Riverside we have a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team that will guide you through the admissions process. We will coordinate the transition between the hospital, or other health care settings or your home, into our center. Assistance with Medicare, and Medicaid is provided along with help filling out the necessary paperwork. It is our intent to make this process easier while providing the right amount of support and guidance that each individual family needs.
Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
