Stay Moving When the Temperature Drops! đââď¸
The chill in the air can make you want to curl up on the couch, but consistent movement is crucial for spine health, circulation, and mood, especially when it's cold!
đś Indoor Walking Breaks: Instead of an outdoor stroll, try walking laps around your home or office during commercial breaks or calls. Even 5-10 minutes makes a difference!
đ§ Morning Mobility Flow: Before you start your day, spend 5 minutes doing simple stretches like neck rolls, cat-cow, and gentle hamstring stretches. This warms up your muscles and prepares your body for the day.

From injury to inspiration: Dr. Chad's Story
Many of you may know him as Dr. Chad today, but what you may not know, is that he became a chiropractor as a direct result of tragedy that he endured as a college student.
The man who helped him asked him to pay it forward, and help as many individuals as possible. I failed to say so in the recording, but I am one of those individuals!!
Sometimes the thing meant to knock you down, is actually the thing that propels you onto the path you were meant to be on. It becomes the thing you are passionate about. It gives you a reason to fight to make a change.
