I’ve been seeing A LOT of kids with bedwetting recently. So if your child is over the age of 5 or 6 and still wetting the bed, this one’s for you!
Bedwetting can be caused by a multitude of issues including an imbalanced pelvis, unprocessed birth trauma, chronic constipation, chronic gut and bladder infections, food intolerances, primitive reflexes, and most importantly poor airway and tight fascia. Yes, your child’s small palate and jaw can cause their bedwetting. It’s important we address this sooner rather than later because the palate doesn’t expand much after age 12.
