Meet Marilu! She’s been with us for an incredible 18 years! 🎉

She’s worked her way up from Converting Operator to a Set Up Tech on 1st shift. Marilu says she feels very supported in her career goals and has learned so much along the way. To her, working at Vonco feels like being part of a family, and she truly enjoys the people she works with every day.

An added bonus? Her husband works 2nd shift, making it easier for them to care for their children together.
