We began our St. Patty's Day festivities on Wednesday when the folks made Irish Potatoes (Yummy!!), Thursday we celebrated with parties. For St. Patty's, we all are a bit Irish.

Shout out to our Director of Dining Services, Ed Smith; he made beautiful, yummy chocolate covered strawberries for the folks on Valentine's Day. They were loved by all!! So thoughtful!!!
