Wanted to share a quick post. I’ll be taking Friday’s off until November 7th which will be my first class back. This is the class that meets at Trinity in S Wheeling. I need some time to work on some health issues. I will still teach Mondays at Grace Lutheran 10:00 am 16 Ridgecrest Rd Bethlehem and Thursdays at Ohio County Family Services at 10:30 am. 2200 Main Street Wheeling. Come join us every Friday for Chair Yoga at Trinity Lutheran 3536 Eoff Street, S Wheeling at 10 am. Cost is $4. We stretch, we lift light hand weights, we work on balance and a little bit of everything else. It’s a work at your own pace class where we have a lot of fun too. No need to pre register, just show up. We’re on the second floor but we have a chair lift too. I’d love to meet you ❤️Mollie

Correction to this post. Class will be July 29th not the 30th at 10. Sorry for the confusion.

For my Warwood students. I will be wrapping up my teaching at this location at Warwood United Methodist. My remaining classes in Warwood will be July 30th at 10, August 5th at 10, August 19th at 10 (this will be the final class in Warwood).
