Greeley County Health Services Serve with Compassion & Excellence

Greeley County Health Services is the combination of multiple healthcare service lines with an integrated approach to treating the patient, their family and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by integrating the services of a Hospital, Long-Term Care, two Family Practice Clinics (Tribune and Sharon Springs), and a variety of out-patient and ancillary services.

Attention community members who participated in the community Angel Tree this year:

We are looking for two Angel Tree tags that have not been yet returned to the CYAT center. If you have one or both of these, please get them to the CYAT center no later than Sunday so that our hardworking volunteers who do the sorting and delivering have time to get all of this done before Christmas. Thank you all for your kindness and generosity this year, and every year. ❤

Adults 65 and older are 10x more likely to be hospitalized by flu than people under 50. The best way to protect yourself and others is to get your flu shot, use soap and water often, or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, avoid touching your face, cover coughs and sneezes, and stay home when you are sick! Help prevent spreading the virus further by staying home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone without the help of fever reducing medication.
